盐酸苯海索联合吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对帕金森病患者行盐酸苯海索+呲贝地尔联合治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年10月—2016年10月该院收治的96例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合组和单一组,各48例。联合组行盐酸苯海索+呲贝地尔联合治疗,单一组行单一的呲贝地尔治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果、不良反应的发生几率、帕金森综合评定量表评分(UPDRS)、帕金森症状评分(Webster)以及生活质量评分(SCL-90)。结果联合组治疗有效率45例(93.75%)显著高于单一组37例(77.08%),联合组发生不良反应几率2例(4.17%)显著低于单一组8例(16.67%),两组治疗前的UPDRS评分以及Webster评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组UPDRS评分(6.81±1.23)分、Webster评分(11.24±2.85)分以及SCL-90评分均优于单一组(13.05±1.42)分、(15.14±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对帕金森病患者行盐酸苯海索+呲贝地尔联合治疗,能够提高患者的生活质量,降低不良反应的发生几率,同时,还能够有效改善患者的各项临床症状。Objective To study the clinical effect of trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride and piribedil in treatment of Parkinson＇s diseases.Methods Convenient selection 96 cases of patients with Parkinson＇s diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each,the combined group were treated with trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride and piribedil,while the single group were treated with piribedil,and the treatment effect,occurrence probability of adverse reactions,UPDRS,Webster and SCL-90 scales of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The treatment effective rate in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the single group,（45 cases vs 37 cases,93.75% vs 77.08%）,and the occurrence probability of adverse reactions in the combined group was obviously lower than that in the single group,（2 cases vs 8 cases,4.17% vs 16.67%）,before treatment,the differences in the UPDRS scores and Webster scores between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the UPDRS score,Webster score and SCL-90 score in the combined group were better than those in the single group[（6.81±1.23）points,（11.24±2.85）points vs（13.05 ±1.42）points,（15.14±3.16）points],and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride and piribedil in treatment of Parkinson＇s diseases can improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence probability of adverse reactions and effectively improve various clinical symptoms of patients.
