超声与X线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析超声与X线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 2015年1月—2016年1月期间,方便选择该院接收的乳腺癌患者40例作为研究对象,所有患者均经手术病理或活检确诊,采用超声、X线钼靶以及超声联合X线钼靶检查方法对所有患者进行检查,比较分析检查结果 ,总结超声与X线钼靶的应用价值。结果病理检查中,3例乳头状瘤癌变,1例湿疹样癌伴导管内癌,1例髓样癌,1例小管癌,1例黏液导管癌,5例导管原位癌,10例腋下淋巴结转移,18例小叶癌;超声联合X线钼靶诊断的敏感度为95.00%,准确率为92.50%,超声联合X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的敏感度和准确率均高于超声、X线钼靶检查,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声与X线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值较高,而超声联合X线钼靶检查方式能显著提高乳腺癌诊断准确性,值得推广应用。Objective To research and analyze the application value of ultrasound and X-ray mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Convenient selection 40 cases of breast cancer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and all patients were confirmed by the operation pathology and biopsy, and the application value of ultrasound and X-ray mammography was summarized. Results In the pathological examination, there were 3 cases with sinonasal inverted papilloma, 1 case with eczematoid carcinoma with ductal carcinoma in situ, 1 case with medullary carcinomas, 1 case with tubular carcinoma, 5 cases with mucinous duct carcinoma, 5 cases with ductal carcinoma in situ, 10 cases with axillary lymphatic metastasis and 18 cases with tubulolobular carcinoma, and the sensitivity and accurate rate of ultrasound and X-ray mammography were respectively 95.00% and 92.50%, and the sensitivity and accuracy of the combined examination were higher than those of the single examination, and the differences between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of ultrasound and X-ray mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer is higher, which can obviously improve the diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer, and it is worth promotion and application.
