摘　　要：文中从目前职业学校教学中存在的问题出发,探讨了如何在以"以学生为中心"的教育理念指导下借助信息技术建立网络学习空间,为学生提供个性化学习环境,翻转了知识传递与知识内化的顺序,强化了教师的助学本性,凸显了以自主性、碎片化为主要特点的学习过程的复杂性,实现教学模式、学习方式、教师角色、知识传播、教学重心、师生关系等方面带来了深刻的变革,为构筑优效教学奠定基础。This article from the current existing problems in the teaching of the occupation school,discusses how to use information technology to establish a network of learning space in the guidance of education idea of “ student centered” , to provide personalized learning environment for students, reverse knowledge transfer and knowledge internalization order, strengthen teachers＊ educational nature, to highlight the complexity of learning autonomy, process fragmentation as the main features of the implementation, teaching mode, learning mode, teachers9 role, the dissemination of knowledge, teaching focus, teacher - student relationship has brought profound changes, lay the foundation for the construction of effective teaching.
