摘　　要：普通高等学校的成人教育作为成人教育的主要组成部分,在成人教育改革和发展的道路上起着至关重要的作用,成人高等教育在目前发展过程中存在诸多亟待解决的问题,成人高等教育的发展离不开教学观念的转变、教学方法的创新和教学质量的提高,成人高等教育的管理者只有坚持不断创新,提高人才培养质量,强化人才培养目标,才能适应时代的要求,培养出适应社会主义市场经济发展的人才。The adult education of ordinary higher education as an important part of adult education,plays a vital role in the reform and development of adult education on the road, in the development of adult higher education at present there exist many problems to be solved in the process of transformation, the development of adult higher education cannot do without the teaching idea, teaching method innovation and to improve the teaching quality of adult higher education management should adhere to innovation, improve the quality of personnel training, strengthen personnel training, in order to meet the requirements of the times, the culture lo adapt lo the socialist market economic development, talent.
