摘 要:目的研究促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin EPO)治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选择急性脑缺血患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组按照脑梗死临床路径积极治疗;治疗组给予重组人促红细胞生长素3 000 U,皮下注射,2天1次,连续应用3周,其余同对照组。3周后观察其临床疗效、梗死面积及血清中NSE变化。结果两组临床疗效对比,治疗组的总有效率为91.43%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组梗死面积相比,治疗组梗死面积为(4.43±0.02)cm^2,对照组(6.17±0.04)cm^2,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着治疗时间延长,血清NSE逐渐降低,但治疗组降低程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用重组人促红细胞生长素能减少急性缺血性脑血管病患者的梗死面积,改善其临床疗效。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of erythropoietin(EPO) in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 35 people.The control group was treated according to the clinical pathways of cerebral infarction;The treatment group was given recombinant human erythropoietin 3 000 U,subcutaneously,once every two days,continuous application for 3 weeks,the rest with the control group.To compare the clinical efficacy,infarct size and serum NSE changes after 3 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group and 71.4% in the control group,Compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the infarct area,the infarct size of the treatment group was(4.43±0.02) cm^2 in the control group(6.17±0.04)cm^2,Compared between the two groups(P<0.05).With the prolongation of treatment time,serum NSE decreased gradually,but the treatment group decreased more than the control group,compared with the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of recombinant human erythropoietin can reduce the infarct size of patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease and improve its clinical efficacy.
