地方院校工科硕士研究生培养问题与培养模式初探

摘　　要：该文首先分析了地方院校工科类研究生培养中存在的问题,针对这些问题,提出了适合地方院校工科研究生的"1+1+1"培养模式,即:1年入门,1年论文,1年强化训练,并以此为指导,对四届研究生进行了培养,结果表明,该文提出的"1+1+1"培养模式,有利于研究生理论水平和实践能力的提高,适用于地方院校工科研究生的培养。The problems in the cultivation of engineering graduate students in local colleges is analyzed. the local colleges of engineering graduate training mode “1＋1＋1” is presented for these problems： 1 years of the entry, 1 years, 1 years of intensive training, and four session of graduate students are cultivated as a guide. The results show that graduate students’ theoretical level and practical ability were increased by “1＋1＋1” training mode. This mode is suitable for cultivation in provincial colleges of Engineering graduated students.
