川芎嗪对感染性坏死性急性胰腺炎患者器官功能的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪对感染性坏死性急性胰腺炎患者器官功能的保护作用。方法前瞻性收集医院重症监护病房2015年1月-2016年1月收治的感染性坏死性急性胰腺炎患者80例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,两组患者均给予抑酸、抑酶等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察两组患者预后情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者单脏器功能衰竭率显著降低(P<0.05);器官功能损伤持续时间显著缩短(P<0.05);住院时间显著缩短(P<0.05);两组患者入院时白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)水平差异无统计学意义;与对照组比较,观察组患者7天后IL-6及TNF-ɑ水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪有助于降低感染性坏死性急性胰腺炎患者炎症因子水平,保护器官功能。OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of ligustrazine on organ function in patients with infected necrotic acute pancreatitis.METHODS A total of 80 cases of acute pancreatitis patients admitted to the intensive care unit in our hospital from Jan.2015 to Jan.2016 were prospectively collected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given acid suppression,enzyme inhibition and other conventional treatment.On these basis,patients in observation group received salvia and ligustrazine injection.The clinical prognosis of the both groups was observed.RESULTS Compared with control group,patients in observation group got a decreased rate of single organ failure （P〈0.05）,a shorter duration of organ dysfunction （P〈0.05）,and a shorter duration of hospitalization （P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences between the two groups in IL-6 and TNF-a on admission.However,when compared with control group,patients in observation group got significantly decreased levels of IL-6 and TNF-a at 7 days after admission （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Ligustrazine can decrease the levels of inflammation factors and protect the functions of the organs in patients with infected necrotic acute pancreatitis.
