摘 要:目的了解杭州市某城区各级各类医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染现状,为提高口腔用水质量提供科学依据。方法 2016年9月-2017年2月对监测区域内6所省市级医院、27所民营口腔医院及诊所和6所社区卫生服务中心进行口腔漱口水和牙科手机管线水的细菌污染情况进行调查,参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)进行细菌培养,参考《生活饮用水卫生标准》作为微生物指标合格标准。结果共采集39所医疗机构中口腔综合治疗台水路的1 153份水样,合格502份,合格率为43.5%,其中省市级医院合格率为75.7%,民营口腔医院及诊所合格率36.1%,社区卫生服务中心合格率为55.0%;各级医疗机构之间口腔用水合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路污染较严重,各级医疗机构应高度重视,规范口腔医师临床操作,加强口腔科综合治疗台水路的消毒与监测工作。OBJECTIVE To investigate the contamination situation of dental unit waterlines (DUWLs) in different levels of medical institutions,so as to provide scientific evidence for improving the quality of water within DU WLs.METHODS Six provincial and municipal level hospitals,27 private dental hospitals and 6 community health service centers were participated in this study from Sep.2016 to Feb.2017.The number of total bacterial count was used to evaluate the contamination situation of water within DUWLs.The bacterial culture was conducted accoroding to the &quot;Disinfection Technology Standard&quot; (2002 Edition),and qualified standards of microbial indicators were referenced to &quot;Drinking Water Hygienic Standards&quot;.RESULTS A total of 1153 samples were collected from 39 medical institutions,and 502 sample were qualified,with the qualified rate of 43.5%.The qualified rates in provincial and municipal level hospitals,private dental hospitals and community health service centers were 75.7%,36.1% and 55.0%,respectively.There was significant difference in qualified rate of bacterial count among different levels of medical institutions (P〈0.01).CONCLUSION Hospitals should pay more attention on DUWLs,as the contamination situation of DUWLs is serious.In order to reduce the risk of healthcare-associated in fections,we need to improve clinical operations by practitioners and strengthen the regular disinfection and monitoring of DUWLs.
