摘 要:针对我国地下矿山上向装药的难题,研制了适用于地下矿山的智能炸药现场混装车,实现了地下智能炸药混装车自主行驶及避障、工作臂远程(视距)无线遥控及自动寻孔、输药管自动送退管及炮孔底部识别,凡口铅锌矿的工业应用试验结果表明,该地下智能炸药混装车完全实现了井下装药的自动化和智能化,有效提高了地下矿山装药效率及安全性。Aimed at the problems of upward charging in underground mines of China, an intelligent explosive mixing-loading truck was developed. Consequently, it realized several technologies including autonomous driving and obstacle avoidance, re- mote wireless control and automatic blast hole seeking of the working arm, as well as automatic feeding-returning of conveying pipe and identification of hole bottom. The industrial application experiments in Fankou lead-zinc mine indicated that the intelli- gent explosive mixing-loading truck completely realized automation and intelligence in underground charging, and effectively improved the charging efficiency and safety.
