摘　　要：在分析广东中小企业创新现状以及科技型中小企业创新基金项目实施情况的基础上,基于经济效益、技术创新、社会效益和企业成长等四个维度建立中小企业创新项目绩效评价体系,评价和分析广东科技型中小企业创新基金实施效果,并从扩大创新基金规模、优化基金结构和资助方式、完善基金监督管理体系等方面提出进一步提高创新基金的使用效率的相关政策建议。Based on the analysis of the present situation of SMEs innovation and the implementation of innovation fund for technology-based SMEs in Guangdong, according to the four dimensions of economic benefit, technological innovation, social benefit and enterprise growth, the paper establishes the performance evaluation system of SMEs innovation projects, evaluates and analyzes the effect of the implementation of the innovation fund for technology- based SMEs in Guangdong. The paper makes the following suggestions： expanding the scale of innovation fund, optimizing the structure of the fund and improving the supervision and management system, in order to improve the utilization efficiency of the innovation fund.
