萨提亚治疗模式在促进大学生宿舍人际关系与自我和谐的应用研究——以贵州师范学院为例

摘　　要：目的:探索萨提亚治疗模式对促进大学生宿舍人际关系与自我和谐的应用性。方法:使用萨提亚治疗模式对大学生宿舍人际关系与自我和谐进行团体辅导,并对辅导效果进行讨论与分析。结果:团体辅导前实验组与对照组被试的宿舍人际关系与自我和谐状况并无差异,团体辅导后两组被试的得分存在差异,团体辅导前、后实验组被试的得分存在差异。实验组被试对这次团体辅导有较高的满意度。结论:可以运用萨提亚治疗模式来促进大学生的宿舍人际关系与自我和谐。The purpose of this paper is to research how the application of the Satir Model promotes the roommate relation- ship of college students. The approach is group counseling on them, then discussing and analyzing the counseling effect. The results are that there are no differences between the two groups,experimental one and counter group,before counseling, and the marks are different after counseling. The experimental group has a higher degree of satisfaction. It comes to the conclusion that the Satir Model can be used to promote the relationship of college roommates ,the self-consistency and congruence as well.
