摘 要:温室气体减排与大气污染治理是中国现阶段环境保护面临的两大重要任务,并且,温室气体与污染物排放存在区域差异,研究二者协同性及空间差异性具有重要的现实意义。文章通过ESDA-GWR模型及聚类分析,研究了2009—2013年中国30个省份CO_2排放和SO_2排放协同性及其空间差异性。结果显示:SO_2排放量与CO_2排放量、人均CO_2排放量、CO_2排放强度存在正向协同性;SO_2排放强度与人均CO_2排放量和CO_2排放强度存在正向协同性,与CO_2排放量存在负向协同性;且这种协同性在空间上存在差异。基于上述结果,文章提出要因地制宜分地区、有针对性地、有区别地开展协同减排工作,以确保协同减排政策措施的灵活性和有效性,并积极探索跨区域的协同减排合作机制。Greenhouse gas emission reduction and air pollution control are two important tasks at this stage of China's environmental protection. Meanwhile, there is regional difference in greenhouse gas and air pollution emissions. Therefore to research the synergy and spatial differences of greenhouse gas reduction and air pollutant treatment is of great significance. In this study, ESDA-GWR model and cluster analysis are adopted to analyze the synergy of CO2 emissions and SO2 emissions as well as its spatial differences. Results show that there are positive synergies between SO2 emission and CO2 emission, per capita CO2 emission, CO2 emission intensity, also, positive synergies can be recognized between SO~ emission intensity and per capita CO2 emission, CO2 emission intensity, whereas SO2 emission intensity and CO2 emission has negative synergy. Besides, spatial differences are subsistent in the synergy analyzed above. Based on these results, we should adjust the measures and targets of greenhouse gas and air pollutant synergy reduction according to the different areas' circumstances with flexibility and effectiveness, as well as explore inter-regional emission reduction cooperative mechanisms.
