水坝建设对滹沱河流域生态环境的影响探讨

摘　　要：在我国水坝建设中,应该关注河流生态环境问题,尽量降低水坝建设对河流生态环境的影响,这样才能够将水坝建设的整体效益扩大到最大化,提升水坝建设效益,保护河流生态环境安全。针对滹沱河流域,在当地建设水坝,也需要多方面关注水坝对河流生态环境的影响,权衡建设水坝的利弊,做好维护滹沱河流域生态环境安全工作,才能够保障滹沱河流域生态环境安全,为当地人民生活提供良好的河流生态环境。探讨水坝建设对滹沱河流域生态环境的影响问题,通过分析大量地下水实测数据,证实在建设水坝后,导致滹沱河流域中下游地表水资源量大幅度减少,并且下游河道径流减少,滹沱河流域的植被分布面积也在不断减少,破坏滹沱河流域生态环境安全。据此可进一步研究分析水坝建设对滹沱河流域生态环境的影响,从多方面分析水坝建设对滹沱河流域生态环境影响的根源,从而可以优化解决对策,保护滹沱河流域生态环境安全。In our country, the dam construction should focus on the ecological environment of the river, as far as possible to reduce the effect of dam construction on the ecological environment of the river, so that it can be extended to the whole dam construction benefit maximization, to improve efficiency of dam construction, and to protect the ecological environment of the river safety. The Hutuo River Basin, in the local construction of dams, also need to concern many effects of dams on river ecological environment, also should weigh the pros and cons of building dams, maintain the Hutuo River basin ecological environment safety work, can be an important guarantee for the safety of the local people＇s life. To investigate the problem of dam construction impact on the ecological environment of Hutuo River Basin, through the analysis of a large amount of measured data of groundwater, confirmed in dam construction, resulting in surface water resources in the lower reaches of Hutuo River Basin is greatly reduced, and the downstream river runoff, Hutuo River Basin vegetation distribution area has been reduced, the destruction of the ecological the environmental safety of Hutuo River Basin; to further study and analyze the effect of dam construction on ecological environment of Hutuo River Basin, the root can analyze the effect of dam construction on the ecological environment of Hutuo River Basin from many aspects, which can optimize the formulation of countermeasures to protect the ecological environment of Hutuo River basin security.
