摘  要:目的探讨FAM83B蛋白表达与食管鳞癌临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法采用组织芯片和免疫组织化学法检测不同恶性程度食管鳞癌组织中和70例患者食管鳞癌及对应癌旁组织中FAM83B的表达;应用SPSS软件分析食管鳞癌组织中FAM83B的表达水平及其与临床病理特征、预后的相关性。结果 FAM83B主要表达在食管鳞癌细胞的胞质中;FAM83B在食管鳞癌组织中的表达量约为其癌旁正常组织1.5倍。FAM83B表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤的浸润深度相关(P<0.05);单因素生存分析显示,当食管鳞癌患者年龄小于60岁或者患者TNM分期为StageⅠ阶段时,FAM83B的表达量均与患者的生存时间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 FAM83B可能参与食管鳞癌的发生、发展和浸润,FAM83B的表达水平可能成为食管鳞癌预后强有力的预测因子。Objective To explore the expression oi 10AMB3B m esophageal squamous ceil carcmoma(ESCC) and its relatlonsmps with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods The expression of FAM83B was detected in esophageal tissues with diffe- rent degrees of malignancy and 70 cases of ESCC and corresponding para-carcinoma tissues by tissue microarray and immunohistoche- mistry. The relationships between the expression of FAMg3B and the clinicopathological variables of ESCC patients were analyzed by SPSS analysis software. Results FAM83B positive staining was primarily observed in the cytoplasm of the ESCC cells. FAM83B ex- pression level of ESCC was 1.5-fold as much as that of the corresponding para-carcinoma tissues. The expression of FAM83B was statis- tically associated with the age of the patient and the depth of tumor invasion( P 〈 0. 05 ). Univariate factor survival analysis showed that the expression level of FAM83B was negatively correlated with the survival time when the ESCC patients were less than 60 years old or TNM stage I ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Cortclusion FAM83B may be involved in the occurrence, development and invasion of ESCC, and the ex- pression of FAM83B may be a powerful predictor for the prognosis of ESCC.
