摘　　要：近年来,江苏省对血吸虫病防治研究所对外援助国际培训项目数量与规模不断扩大,培训的国外学员不断增加,其在国家对外关系中的作用也日益明显。通过回顾办班情况,重点分析了援非培训项目在实施中存在的不足之处,包括招生工作、教学内容、团队宣传、后期回访与效果评估、学历教育等方面的问题,为加强援外培训管理与提升援外培训效果,提出了未来项目管理的设想和建议。In recent years,Foreign aid training projects in Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases has been expanding and the number of participants has been increasing.At the same time,this kind of training plays a more and more important role in foreign relations.This article analyses problems in the management of training projects including recruitment of trainee,teaching contents,training feedback and evaluation,record of formal schooling education problems.To strengthen management of foreign aid training projects and improve training effect,the paper puts forward the basic idea of project management in the future.
