帕金森病病人的血脂特点及其与病程及病情的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病病人的血脂特点及其与病程、病情的相关性。方法选取我院收治的帕金森病病人58例为病例组,选取同期的健康人群25例为对照组。分别检测2组受试者的各项血脂指标。对比2组不同性别病人的血脂水平;分析各项血脂指标与帕金森病病人病程、病情的相关性。结果病例组总胆固醇(TC)为(4.25±0.83)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为(1.32±0.39)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)为(2.47±0.73)mmol/L、载脂蛋白B(apo B)为(1.51±0.35)μmol/L,均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);男性帕金森病病人TC和HDL-C显著低于女性帕金森病病人(均P<0.05);三酰甘油(TG)与帕金森病病程呈负相关关系(r=-0.229,P<0.05)。结论帕金森病病人血脂水平低于健康人群,且男性病人血脂降低更显著,低脂血症与帕金森病的发病存在相关性。Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood lipid in patients with Parkinson＇s disease and its correlation with duration and the severity of the disease. Methods Fifty-eight cases of Parkinson＇s disease were selected as the case group, and 25 cases of healthy people in the same period enrolled as the control group. The blood lipid indexes were detected and compared between the two groups and between the case group with different genders. Analysis of the correlation between the blood lipid indexes and the duration and severity of Parkinson＇s disease. Results The level of TC in the case group was （4. 25 ± 0. 83） mmo]/L, HDL-C was （ 1.32 ± 0.39） mmol/L, LDL-C was （ 2.47 ± 0. 73） retooL/L, apoB was （1.51±0. 35）μmol/L, which showed significant differences with those of the control group （P〈 0. 05 ）; The levels of TC and HDL-C in male patients with Parkinson＇s disease were significantly lower than those in female patients（P〈0.05） ; TG was negatively correlated with the course of Parkinson＇s disease （r =-0. 229, P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The blood lipid level in the patients with Parkinson＇s disease is lower than that in healthy people, especially in the male patients. There is correlation between the incidence of Parkinson＇s disease and hypolipidemia.
