质子泵抑制剂与抗菌药物联用治疗慢性胃窦炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察质子泵抑制剂与抗菌药物联用在治疗慢性胃窦炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院慢性胃窦炎患者158例,依据治疗方法分为质子泵抑制剂与抗菌药物联用组(79例)和单纯抗菌药物组(79例),对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果:联合治疗组患者治疗后的临床症状评分、腹痛消失率、腹痛无变化率、HP阳性率、阴性率、治疗总有效率均明显好于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:质子泵抑制剂与抗菌药物联用治疗慢性胃窦炎能有效改善患者临床症状,灭活HP,提高治疗总有效率,且不会增加不良反应,临床疗效明显。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of proton pump inhibitors combined with antibiotic drugs on chronic antral gastritis. Methods： 158 patients with chronic antral gastritis in our hospital were randomized into 2 groups. 79 patients in one group were treated with the combination of proton pump inhibitors with antibiotic drugs,while the other 79 patients were treated with the pure antibiotic drugs,and the curative effects of both groups were statistically analyzed. Results： The clinical symptom scoring,abdominal pain disappearance rate,unchanged abdominal pain,HP positive and negative rate,and the total curative rate in the combinational therapy group were better,which were of statistical differences（ P〈0.05）,but there was no statistial difforonce with the adverse reaction ratebetween both groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of proton pump inhibitors with antibiotic drugs to treating chronic antral gastritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,inactivates HP,and the total curative rate. What＇s more,it won＇t increase adverse reactions and has significant clinical efficacy.
