空气波压力循环治疗仪预防脑出血术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑出血术后患者应用空气波压力循环治疗仪预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法:选取90例脑出血术后患者为研究对象,随机分成两组各45例,对照组常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用空气波压力循环治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果:观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血术后患者应用空气波压力循环治疗仪可降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率。Objective： To investigate the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression on the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（ LEDVT） of patients after the surgery for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 90 patients underwent surgery for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage were randomized into the control group and observation group with 45 cases in each. Patients in the control group received conventional therapy and nursing,while patients in the observation group were treated with the additional intermittent pneumatic compression therapy on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. The occurrence rate of LEDVT among patients in both groups was compared. Results： The occurrence rate of LEDVT in the observation group was significant lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of intermittent pneumatic compression to patients underwent surgery after cerebral hemorrhage may lower the occurrence rate of LEDVT.
