摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测在结肠癌诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法收集90例结肠癌患者(结肠癌组)和90例正常对照者(对照组)的血液标本,应用罗氏全自动免疫分析仪检测血清CRP和CEA含量,使用迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪测定RDW。结果结肠癌组患者RDW、CRP和CEA含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RDW、CRP和CEA联合检测的灵敏度和诊断符合率分别为81.0%和84.0%。结论联合检测RDW、CRP和CEA可提高结肠癌患者诊断的敏感性和诊断符合率,对早期发现、诊治结肠癌具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of the combined detection of red cell distribution width（ RDW）, C -reac- tive protein（CRP） and serum carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） in the diagnosis of colon cancer. Methods Clinical blood data was collected from 90 cases of patients with colon cancer（ colon cancer group） and 90 controls（ normal control group）. CRP and CEA were detected by Roche automatic immune analyzer. RDW was determined using the MINDRAY BC -6900 blood cell ana- lyzer. Results Compared with the control group, RDW, CRP and CEA were higher in patients with colon cancer, with the differences statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of combined detection of RDW, CRP and CEA in the diagnosis of colon cancer were 81.0% and 84.0%, respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of CRP, RDW and CEA can improve the diagnosis accuracy of colon cancer, and has important clinical significance for the early detec- tion, diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer.
