摘 要:目的 探讨纳米炭在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床应用价值.方法 选取乳腺癌患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例.研究组术前肿瘤周围注射纳米炭后行乳腺癌改良根治术,对照组行常规乳腺癌改良根治术,比较切除微小淋巴结的数量及阳性微小淋巴结的数目.结果 研究组每例清扫微小淋巴结(16.30±2.71)枚,对照组为(9.10±1.89)枚,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).研究组每例清扫阳性微小淋巴结(3.50±0.44)枚,对照组为(1.10±0.09)枚,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 乳腺癌改良根治术中应用纳米炭可增加微小淋巴结清扫数目,提高根治程度,使病理分期更加准确,并可改善患者预后及生存质量,是一种安全有效的淋巴示踪剂.Objective To investigate the clinical value of actived canbon nanoparticles in breast cancer tiny lymphadenectomy.Methods Eighty patiets with breast cancer were selected and were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated by modified radical mastectomy after preoperative injection of actived canbon nanoparticles around tumor, and the control group was given the traditional method.Numbers of tiny lymph node excision were compared between two groups.Results The numbers of tiny lymph nodes excision in each case was (16.30±2.71) in study group, and the control group was (9.10±1.89);the numbers of lymph node metastasis excision in each case was (3.50±0.44) in study group, and the control group was (1.10±0.09).The differences were significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusions Injection of actived canbon nanoparticles in modified radical mastectomy can increase the number of tiny lymph node excision, promote the efficacy of radical mastectomy and accuracy on pathological staging.Actived carbon nanoparticles is a security and effective lymph node labeling.
