摘  要:目的探讨标准化患者在研究生并轨培养中的效果。方法 2015年选取在医院的临床专业研究生共79人为研究对象,一组接受标准化患者参与培训,一组不接受。学生经过培训后参加模拟考核,考核内容包括接诊、体格检查、病历书写等,考核结束后患者通过问卷调查形式给被考核医师进行评分,比较两组学生结果。组间的比较运用t检验,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果两组学生在问诊和查体熟练程度上差异无统计学意义(t=2.158,P=0.378;t=2.278,P=0.144);在查体舒适度和沟通接受度方面,实验组要优于对照组(t=2.443,P=0.032;t=2.171,P=0.031);问卷成绩两组差异有统计学意义(t=5.516,P=0.023)。两组学生在交待病情方面差异有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组(t=4.566,P=0.001)。在接诊患者的考核中差异无统计学意义(t=3.534,P=0.135)。结论在医学生和住院医培训初期加入标准化患者培训能够提高其医患沟通水平,同时改善患者在被检查时的接受度。Objective To discuss the effect of standardized patients in the merged training of medical postgraduates. Methods A total of 79 Clinical postgraduates were selected in the hospital in 2015. One group accept standardized patients training, the other group not. After training, students participate in the simulation assessment Assessment content includes admission, physical examination, medical records, etc. After the examination, the students were evaluated by the form of questionnaire of patients. The results of the two groups were compared. Comparison between groups using t test. The difference was statistically significant, P〈0. 05. Results According to two groups of students on the admission, physical examination, there was no significant difference (t=- 2. 158, P=-0. 378; t=-2. 278, P:-0. I44), in terms of communication of physical comfort and acceptance, the experimental group is better than that of control group (t=-2. 443, P:-0. 032; t=-2. 171, P=0. 031). The questionnaire results differences between two groups (t=-5. 516, P=-O. 023). Two groups of students was statistically difference when it comes to describe the condition, the experimental group is better than that of control group (t-=-4. 566, P=0. 001). In accepts the patient's assessment of no significant difference (t=3. 534, P=-0. 135). Conclusion Standardized patient training at the beginning of medical and resident doctor training can improve patient physician communication and improve patient acceptance at the time of examination.
