肌肉内粘液瘤的超声影像表现

摘　　要：目的总结肌肉内粘液瘤的声像图表现,探讨超声应用价值。方法回顾性分析10例经病理证实为肌肉内粘液瘤患者的临床和超声检查资料。结果 10例患者均为单发,病变好发于大腿肌肉组织内(7/10),不突破病变肌肉的肌外膜。病变多表现为不均质低回声,边界清楚,在病变长轴的两端的"亮帽征"(9/10)以及病变周边的"亮边征"(8/10)是这种病变的特征性表现。结论肌肉内粘液瘤具有一定声像图特点,超声检查发现肌肉内部单发的结节,结节周边出现"亮帽征"与"亮边征"时应考虑本病的诊断。Objective To discribe the ultrasonographic characteristics of intramuscular myxoma and to investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound. Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinic and ultrasonographic data of 10 cases of intramuscular myxoma comfirming with pathology,and summarized the clinic and sonographic characteristic of intramuscular myxoma. Results10 cases all presented solitary nodules which were mostly located in thigh（ 7/10）. All nodules were located in muscles and the epimysium was coutinuous. On ultrasonography,Intramuscular Myxoma demonstrateed a well-circumscribed complex intramuscular lesion with a bright cap sign on the long-axis and a peripheral bright rim sign. Conclusion Intramuscular Myxoma has specific sonographic features. Intramuscular,hypoechoic lesions with with a bright cap sign on the long-axis and a peripheral bright rim sign has the diagnostic clue.
