摘  要:大学生心理健康教育始终是高校学生管理的重要课题之一。"95后"理工科女大学生存在适应能力弱、人际交往能力欠缺、学业和就业压力大等心理问题,从社会、家庭、学校和学生自身等方面探讨了心理问题的影响因素,通过完善学校心理咨询体系、构建网络心理教育平台、建立良好人际关系、提高就业能力等途径,全面提升"95后"理工科女大学生的心理健康水平。Mental health education of college students is always an important issue for college education and management. This paper ana- fyzQs the psychological problems of "post-95s" female college students of science and engineering, such as weak adaptability, lack of interpersonal communication ability, academic and en^loyment pressure and so on. The influencing factors of psychologi- cal problems are discussed from the aspects of family, school^ society and students themselves. The in^rovement of school psy- chological consultation system, construction of network psychological education platform, establishment of good interpersonal re- lationsh^s, and in^rovement of employability and other ways can raise the "post-95s" science and engineering female college students' psychological health level.
