中药内服外治联合综合消肿治疗技术在中老年乳腺癌患者术后上肢淋巴水肿中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究中药内服外治联合综合消肿治疗技术治疗中老年乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2017年3月我院收治的中老年乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予综合消肿治疗技术,治疗组予中药内服外敷联合综合消肿治疗技术,两组均治疗2个疗程。对两组患者的各项临床指标进行比较。结果经过2个疗程的治疗,治疗组的总有效率略高于对照组(83.3%vs.70.0%),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患肢周径相比,治疗组明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组症状评分优于对照组(3.28±2.12 vs.4.71±3.11),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药内服外治联合综合消肿技术治疗中老年乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的临床疗效确切。Objective To study the efficacy of internal and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in combination with comprehensive decongestion on middle-aged and senile breast cancer patients complicated with postoperative upper extremity lymphedema. Methods Totally 60 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation from June 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was given complete decongestion therapy. Treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive decongestion therapy. After 2 courses of treatment, the indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was slightly higher than that of controlgroup（ 83. 3% vs. 70. 0%）, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. The limb week diameter of treatment group was shorter than that of control groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment, the symptom score of treatment group was lower than that of control group（ 3. 28 ± 2. 12 vs. 4. 71 ± 3. 11,P 0. 05）. Conclusion The internal and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in combination with comprehensive decongestion therapy has good efficacy on middle-aged and elderly patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation.
