高校青年干部挂职工作的问题分析与对策研究——基于县(市)级团委挂职经历的思考

摘　　要：高校青年干部到地方挂职锻炼能够推动挂职接收单位工作,促进校地合作交流,拓宽高校青年干部培养渠道,帮助青年干部成长成才。该文基于在县(市)级团委担任副书记的两年挂职工作经历和思考,阐述了高校青年干部挂职工作的意义,分析了存在的问题,并提出了可行性的解决方案,为进一步增强高校青年干部挂职工作的实效性提供了参考。Young college cadres9 taking tem porary posts in other areas can help topromote the working in those organizations or work units, which is also a good wayto promote the cooperation between those work units and colleges so as to perfect theyoung college cadres continually. This paper expounds the meaning of taking temporarypost for young college cadres by analyzing the author5s experience of taking a temporarypost as the secretary of YLC in a county. It also discusses the existing problems and putsforward some suggestions for reference.
