摘  要:目的:研究甲状腺恶性结节超声造影参数与血管新生、细胞增殖的相关性。方法:选择在我院接受手术切除的73例甲状腺癌患者和56例甲状腺腺瘤患者,分别作为甲状腺癌组和甲状腺腺瘤组,术前进行超声造影并测定参数,术后收集病灶并测定血管新生基因、细胞增殖基因的表达水平。结果:甲状腺癌组病灶的TTP和MTT均显著短于甲状腺腺瘤组;甲状腺癌组病灶内MK、HIF-1α、Gal-3、IGF-II、Survivin、FOXA1、CyclinD1的mRNA表达量水平和蛋白表达水平均显著高于甲状腺腺瘤组,CCNG2、PDCD4的mRNA表达水平和蛋白表达水平均显著低于甲状腺腺瘤组;甲状腺癌的TTP和MTT与MK、HIF-1α、Gal-3、IGF-II、Survivin、FOXA1、CyclinD1的mRNA表达水平和蛋白水平呈负相关,与CCNG2、PDCD4的mRNA表达水平和蛋白水平呈正相关。结论:甲状腺恶性结节超声造影参数TTP和MTT能够用于评估病灶内的血管新生、细胞增殖。Objective:To study the correlation of malignant thyroid nodule ultrasound contrast parameters with angiogenesis and cell proliferation.Methods:73patients with thyroid cancer and 56 patients with thyroid adenoma who received surgical resection in our hospital between May 2014 and October 2016 were selected and included in thyroid cancer group and thyroid adenoma group respectively,ultrasound contrast was conducted before operation to measure parameters,and the lesions were collected after operation to determine angiogenesis gene and cell proliferation gene expression levels.Results:Lesion TTP and MTT of thyroid cancer group were significantly shorter than those of thyroid adenoma group;MK,HIF-1α,Gal-3,IGFII,Survivin,FOXA1 and CyclinD1 mRNA expression levels and protein expression levels in lesions of thyroid cancer group were significantly higher than those of thyroid adenoma group while CCNG2 and PDCD4mRNA expression levels and protein expression levels were significantly lower than those of thyroid adenoma group;thyroid cancer TTP and MTT were negatively correlated with MK,HIF-1α,Gal-3,IGF-II,Survivin,FOXA1 and CyclinD1mRNA expression levels and protein expression levels,and positively correlated with CCNG2 and PDCD4 mRNA expression levels and protein expression levels.Conclusion:Malignant thyroid nodule ultrasound contrast parameters MTT and TTP can evaluate the angiogenesis and cell proliferation in lesions.
