创业资源获取、适应能力对新企业绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：创业资源获取与新企业绩效间关系的结论不一致,表明现有文献在深入揭示创业资源获取对新企业绩效作用机理方面还显不足.本文结合资源基础理论和企业能力理论,以新创企业为研究对象,从适应能力视角研究了不同类型创业资源获取、适应能力与新企业绩效间的关系,并利用调节路径分析方法来检验假设.实证结果显示,新企业运营资源获取分别与适应能力和新企业绩效具有倒U形关系,适应能力在运营资源获取与新企业绩效的倒U形关系中起到了中介传导作用;而新企业知识资源获取分别与适应能力和新企业绩效具有U形关系,适应能力在知识资源获取与新企业绩效的U形关系中起到了中介传导作用.The inconsistent results between entrepreneurial resource acquisition and new venture performance indicate that the understanding of how entrepreneurial resource acquisition affects new venture performance is still limited. Based on the resource-based and firm capability theories, it explored the relationships among different types of .entrepreneurial resource acquisition, adaptive capability and new venture performance from the perspective of adaptive capability, and further tested the hypotheses using moderated path analyses. The results show that operational resource acquisition has an inverted U-shape effect on adaptive capability and new venture performance respectively and the adaptive capability plays a mediator between operational resource acquisition and new venture performance; knowledge resource acquisition has a U-shape effect on adaptive capability and new venture performance respectively and the adaptive capability plays a mediator between knowledge resource acquisition and new venture performance.
