摘  要:基于期望理论探究供应商参与制造企业NPD中,供应商对制造商形成的信任对激发供应商创新性的作用.对来自中国纺织工业的221个有效样本的实证研究表明,制造商可信能够通过供应商参与NPD的任务效价和任务难度对供应商创新性产生显著影响;制造企业的沟通、分配公平、资产专用性、供应商的终止成本、制造商—供应商间目标一致和协作正向影响制造商可信,而制造商—供应商间冲突负向影响制造商可信.供应商参与新产品开发中制造商可信的形成有助于激发供应商创新性,而形成制造商可信的关键取决于制造企业、供应商和制造商—供应商关系3层面的因素.From the expectancy theoretic perspective, it analyzed the effect of manufacturer trustworthiness formation on supplier innovativeness in supplier involvement into NPD. By the 221 valid samples from Chinese textile industry, it made an empirical study. The resuts show that, manufacturer trustworthiness positively affects task valence of supplier involvement into NPD and negative affects task difficulty of supplier involvement into NPD ; task difficulty of supplier in- volvement into NPD positively affects supplier innovativeness, and task valence of supplier involvement into NPD has negative moderating effect on the relation between task difficulty of supplier innovativeness ; manufacturer's communica- tion, fairness, allocation of transaction-specific investments, supplier's termination cost, manufacturer-supplier's goal congruity, level of teamwork have significantly positive effect on manufacturer trustworthiness; conflict between manufacturer and supplier has significantly negative effect on manufacturer trustworthiness. Manufacturer trustworthiness formation has significantly positive effect on supplier innovativeness, and the formation of manufacturer trustworthiness depends on some key factors from the three levels of manufacturer, supplier and inter-organizational relationship.
