摘　　要：心理健康教育的循证实践是教育者将自身的专业技能、教育对象的特性、研究者的最佳研究证据、政府部门与行业组织的监督管理等四个方面整合起来,进行高效心理健康教育决策的实践活动。它是循证实践运动在心理健康教育领域的体现,其兴起有着深刻的伦理、法律、学理与经济背景。循证实践的实践资源主要有美国循证项目及实践注册系统、有效教学策略网、考科蓝图书馆、有效儿童治疗网等数据库,利用这些数据库资源进行循证心理健康教育的过程基本相同。在将来,中国需要树立一种多方协作的、整合的"大心理健康教育观",创建本土化的研究证据数据库,大幅提高心理健康教育的有效性与可操作性。Evidence-based practice in mental health refers to an integrated approach to practical decision making that is based on the researcher＇s available research, the educa- tor＇s expertise, the client＇s characteristics, and the government and professional organiza- tion＇s management. The paper firstly discusses the concept, structure, history and six data- base resources （e.g., National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices, What Works Clearinghouse, and Effective Child Therapy） of evidence-based practice in mental health, then takes the website ＂Effective Child Therapy＂ as an example, introduces the im- plementation process of evidence-based practice. Evidence-based practice has great impli- cations for mental health in China. In the future, China should take an integrative viewpoint on mental health services, establish some databases of research evidences, and promote the efficacy and effectiveness of Chinese mental health practice.
