摘  要:作为数字物理混合仿真中连接数字侧与物理侧仿真的互联装置,功率接口对混合仿真系统的稳定性与精确性起决定性作用,因此对于功率接口的设计及其控制策略的研究是数字物理混合仿真的关键。功率接口所接负载功率突变所引起的直流电压波动以及功率放大过程的幅值误差是影响功率接口稳定性与精确性的两个主要因素。基于数字物理混合仿真系统,对其功率接口进行设计,提出一种基于三个单相H桥结构四象限背靠背变流器的功率接口装置。在此基础上,针对功率接口稳定性与精确性问题,对其所采用的控制策略进行研究。为保证功率接口良好的动态性能和直压稳定,提出了一种基于前馈控制的整流端直流电压控制策略;针对指令信号放大精确度与稳定性问题,提出一种基于重复控制的逆变端复合控制策略;最终通过数字物理混合仿真试验证明了文中设计的功率接口及其控制策略的有效性与正确性。As interconnecting means that connected the physical side and the digital simulation side in hardware in the loop, the power interface plays a decisive role for the stability and accuracy of hybrid simulation system; so the design of power interface and its control strategy is a key for hardware in the loop. The DC voltage fluctuation caused by load power mutation and amplitude error in the power amplification process is the two main factors of the power interface stability and accuracy. Based on hardware in the loop, this paper designs its power interface and putsi forward the four-quadrant back-to-back converter power interface device based on three single-phase H-bridge configuration. On this basis, considering the stability and accuracy of the power interface, the study of its control strategy is employed. In order to ensure good dynamic performance and DC voltage stable of power interface, a DC voltage optimum control strategy based on current feed-forward control is proposed. Considering the accuracy and stability of signal amplifica- tion, a composite control based on repetitive control for the inverter is proposed. Finally, the hardware in the loop tests verify the effectiveness of the proposed power interface and its control strategy.
