摘　　要：PBL教学法是以问题为导向的教学方法,能够激发学生学习的兴趣和自主性,培养学生创造性思维以及解决问题的能力。基础医学专业是一门新兴专业,培养学生的科研能力是基础医学专业教学工作的中心任务。实践证明,将PBL教学法应用到基础医学专业学生生物化学课程中,既提高了学生的学习兴趣,又培养了学生的综合能力和科研素质,教学效果良好,是一种值得推广的教学方法。Problem-based learning is a modern teaching philosophy and model for the development of learning,innovation and problem-solving abilities for medical students. For students talented in basic medical science,the training of required quality for scientific research is a special task of the professional teaching. The organization and practice of PBL teaching in the biochemistry course for students has proved that it is an opportunity to boost students＇ learning interest,comprehensive capacity,collaboration and enthusiasm in scientific research. It is worth popularizing due to its improved teaching results.
