民间游戏在传统养生中的功能和运用探析

摘　　要：为研究传统养生中民间游戏的类型、功能和运用方式。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对民间游戏在传统养生中的功能和运用展开研究。主要结论:传统养生中武术游戏、娱乐游戏与医疗游戏是主要类型,通过自由活动、结对配合、社团组织与文艺创新等运用方式,具有健身、健心、减压、健美、康复等功能,是绿色、经济的健身方式之一。In order to study in the traditional folk game types,functions and application methods in traditional health care,by using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper researches on the function and utility of folk games in traditional health care.The main conclusions： traditional Wushu games,entertainment games and medical games are the main types of games,which are used in the forms of free activities,pair match up,club organization and art innovation,as well as holds the functions of body building,psychological fitness,pressure release,and rehabilitation,and acted as a green and economical body building way.
