连建伟教授调和肝脾法临床应用验案举隅

摘　　要：[目的]总结连建伟教授调和肝脾法的临床应用经验。[方法]以三则验案为例,结合平素跟师随诊和整理老师医案的心得体会,详加按评,探索连教授临床常用调和肝脾之法的内在机理,分析总结连教授运用调和肝脾之剂的特色与方法。[结果]三则验案显示,连教授临床应用调和肝脾法,对于木不疏土、肝脾气机不舒的急性胆囊炎患者,选四逆散加减,疏肝理脾、透热解郁,对于肝木犯土、木郁土虚的面部痤疮患者,选逍遥散加减,疏肝解郁、养血健脾,对于木横乘土、脾虚肝旺的溃疡性结肠炎患者,选痛泻要方加减,抑肝扶脾、调畅气机,均获得良好效验。[结论]连教授调和肝脾法的临床遣方用药经验值得学习和推广。[Objective]Summarize the clinical experience of Professor LIAN Jianwei in harmonizing liver and spleen method.[Methods]In three experience cases for example, usually follow teacher clinic and combine the experience of the teacher＇s medical records,detailed comment,to explore the internal mechanism of the commonly used method of harmonizing liver and spleen, analysis and summary of the characteristics and methods of Professor LIAN＇s prescription of harmonizing liver and spleen. [Results]Three cases show, Professor LIAN clinical application of harmonizing liver and spleen,for patients with acute cholecystitis due to wood not dredging soil, the qi of liver and spleen is not comfortable, revised Sini Powder, soothing the liver and regulating the spleen, diathermy to relieve depression, for patients with facial acne due to liver wood violating soil,wood depressed soil weak,choose revised Xiaoyao Powder, soothing the liver to relieve depression, nourishing blood invigorating spleen, for patients with ulcerative colitis due to wood crossing soil, spleen deficiency liver vigorous,choose revised Tongxieyaofang suppressing liver and supporting spleen, regulating qi circulation, all obtain good resuhs.[Conclusion]It is worth to learn and promote the experience of clinical prescription medication of harmonizing liver and spleen method by Professor LIAN.
