摘 要:研究了Q&P与Q&T工艺对TRIP600钢组织和力学性能的影响。利用拉伸试验机、XRD和金相显微镜进行了性能测试和组织分析,结果表明:经Q&P和Q&T工艺处理后的TRIP600钢显微组织由铁素体、马氏体和残留奥氏体组成。Q&P工艺处理试验钢的强塑积明显高于Q&T工艺的,当Q&P工艺的配分时间为60 min时,残留奥氏体的体积分数达到最大值,强塑积达到最佳22661.408 MPa·%。Effects of Q&P and Q&T process on microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP600 steel were investigated. Mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel were analyzed by means of tensile test machine, XRD and metallographic microscope. The results show that the microstructure of TRIP600 steel treated by Q&P or Q&T is composed of ferrite, martensite and retained austenite. The strength and plasticity of the steel treated by Q&P process is obviously higher than that treated by Q&T process. When the partitioning time of the Q&P process is 60 min, the volume fraction of retained anstenite reaches the maximum value, and the product of strength and plasticity is optimal, and reaches the best of 22 661. 408 MPa ·%.
