摘 要:目的湿疹乳膏在贮存期内干燥开裂,影响乳膏的品质,在一定温度范围内,研究乳膏的失水规律,建立失水率随温度变化的数学模型,优选最佳保湿处方。方法在模拟温度为25~65℃时测量乳膏50h内的失水率随时间的变化规律,拟合湿疹乳膏失水百分率随时间变化的数学模型,并探索失水速度常数与温度之间关系。结果通过测定湿疹乳膏的失水百分率变化,拟合出湿疹乳膏的失水率与温度之间的数学模型,并得到阿伦尼乌斯方程,筛选出保湿剂含量中等的处方二为最佳保湿处方。结论该模型拟合度高,可以有效地预测湿疹乳膏50h内的水分损失规律。Objective Eczema cream with the drying cracking during storage and affecting the quality of cream, to set up mathe- matical model of the rate of water loss rate with temperature change and optimizing the best moisturizing prescription. Meth- ods Measuring the water loss rate of cream with time change in the temperature range of 25 - 65℃and getting the predicted model of eczema cream, and to explore the relationship between water constant of loss rate and temperature. Results We got the predic- ted model and Arrhenius equation by monitoring the change of water loss rate within 50 hours, and get the best moisturizing pre- scription. Conclusion This model high fitted, it can predict water loss law of eczema cream within 50h effectively.
