摘 要:考虑混凝土强度、钢筋与预制板内表面间距、钢筋粘结长度、钢筋直径和钢筋位置5个参数,对双面叠合装配式剪力墙竖向连接钢筋的锚固性能进行了静力拉拔试验研究。通过试件破坏形态、粘结应力-滑移曲线分析了竖向连接钢筋的粘结滑移破坏机理,并探索了不同参数试件的粘结强度变化规律。结果表明,从静力试验的角度来看,双面叠合剪力墙竖向连接钢筋的锚固粘结强度变化规律与现浇钢筋混凝土构件中的情况基本一致,锚固长度按现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)规定的取值是可行的。Static pull-out test on anchorage performance of vertical connecting rebar used in the double-sided superimposed prefabricated shear wall was carried out considering 5 parameters including concrete strength, distance bewteen rebar and inner surface of preeast slab, bond length of rebar, diameter and the position of the rebar. Based on the failure mode and bond stress-slippage curve of the specimens, the failure mechanism of the bond-slip behavior was analyzed and the variation law of the bond strength of specimens with different parameters was explored. The results show that the bond anchorage performance and bond strength of the vertical connecting rebars in the double-sided superimposed prefabricated shear wall essentially in agreement with those of the east-in-place reinforced concrete members from the perspective of static test and analysis. It is feasible to decide anchorage length according to the current Code for design of concrete structures GB 50010--2010).
