摘　　要：连云港"海州五大宫调"完成了从地方曲艺到国家级"非遗"保护名录的申报以及传承人员的认定等进程,并组织和开展了一系列研究,取得了不少成果。而今,传承人的工作是继集成后的重要工作,也是"非遗"保护的重要内容:一是如何选择确定传承人,二是接班传承人如何培养。"非遗"保护的使命重点在于传承,发展不是它的题意,何以为然,值得深思。Lian Yungang Haizhou five main Gong modes is a local opera, and has applied for the catalogue list of na- tional intangible cultural heritage, and has been affirmed in inheritors. There are a series of researches organized and developed and a great deal of achievement has been attained. Now, the most important work is how to select and iden- tify inheritors, how to cultivate them, or is it dead？
