摘　　要：目的:比较慢性根尖周炎病损组织和健康牙周膜组织中miR-146a-5p的相对表达水平,探讨miR-146a-5p在慢性根尖周炎发病中的作用及临床意义。方法:收集16例诊断为慢性根尖周炎患牙的根尖周组织作为病例组,8例因正畸拔除的健康牙的牙周膜作为对照组,采用HE染色检测样本的炎症浸润程度,采用实时荧光定量PCR(real-time PCR,RT-PCR)检测miR-146a-5p的表达。所有数据采用SPSS18.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果:HE染色结果可见对照组中无明显炎症细胞浸润,病损组织中可见大量炎症细胞浸润;RT-PCR实验结果显示,病例组与对照组均有miR-146a-5p的表达,且miR-146a-5p在慢性根尖周炎病损组织中的相对表达量明显高于对照组健康牙周膜组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:miR-146a-5p与慢性根尖周炎的发生发展密切相关。Objective：To compare the relative expression of miR-146a-5p in chronic periapical lesions and healthy periodontal ligaments,and discuss the role and clinical significance of miR-146a-5p in the etiology of chronic apical periodontitis.Methods：Sixteen periapical tissues from chronic apical periodontitis and 8normal periodontal ligament tissues from extracted healthy teeth for orthodontic reasons were selected.The degree of inflammatory infiltration was detected by Hematoxylin-Eosin staining.The relative expression of miR-146a-5p was detected by real-time PCR.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0software package.Results：According to the result of HE staining,there was no inflammation in control group,but large numbers of inflammatory cells were observed in periapical lesions.MiR-146a-5p was detected by real-time PCR in two groups,and the level of miR-146a-5p relative expression in periapical lesions was significantly higher than that of the healthy periodontal ligaments（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：MiR-146a-5p might closely relate to the occurrence and development of chronic apical periodontitis.
