摘　　要：目的:研究白介素-11结合循证护理对非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者口腔黏膜炎的临床影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月收治的在非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗期间发生口腔黏膜炎的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,所有患者均进行白介素-11含漱,其中对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受循证护理,分析两组患者治疗10 d后的治愈率、口腔黏膜炎反应程度等。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的治愈率提高(P<0.05)、愈合时间减少(P<0.05)、口腔黏膜反应程度较轻(P<0.05)、疼痛程度评分较低(P<0.05)。结论:白介素-11结合循证护理有助于非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者口腔黏膜炎的治疗,值得临床推广与应用。Objective： To study the clinical effect of interleukin -11 combined with evidence -based nursing （EBN） on oral mucositis in non -hodgkin lympho- ma （NHL） patients with chemotherapy, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： 60 cases of patients with oral mucositis during NHL chemotherapy from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （ n =30） and control group （ n =30）. All patients were given in- terleukin - 11 mouthwash. The patients in control group received routine nursing and those in observation group received EBN. The curative rate and oral mucositis re- action degree in the two groups after ten -day treatment were analyzed. Results： Compared with those in control group, the curative rate in observation group was sig- nificantly higher （ P 〈 0.05）, healing time was significantly less （ P 〈 0.05 ）, oral mucositis reaction degree was significantly slighter （ P 〈 0.05）, and pain degree score was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion： Interleukin - 11 combined with EBN is beneficial in the treatment of oral mucositis in NHL patients with chemotherapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
