摘 要:目的:运用超声萃取-气相色谱/质谱技术,建立对酱油中的14种邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)进行同时测定的方法。方法:采用正己烷进行超声萃取,由HP-5MS色谱柱进行分离,选择离子监测模式定性,外标法定量。结果:14种PAEs在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内均具有较好的线性相关性,r>0.999。方法的检出限为0.15~2.65μg/kg。3个加标水平下,目标物的平均回收率在85.86%~110.17%之间,RSD(n=6)为1.63%~6.90%。结论:该方法快速简便,准确度和精密度均较高,适合酱油中14种PAEs的同时测定。Objective:To make simultaneous determination of 14 phthalate asters (PAEs) in soy sauce by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS) com- bined with ultrasonic extraction. Method:14 Phthalate asters were extracted ultrasonically from samples by n -hexane, and separated by HP -5MS column. The iden- tification was performed in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode and the quantification was determined by external standard method. Results: The linear dependence of 14 PAEs within 0.1 - 2.0 μg/mL was good ( r 〉 0. 999) and the detection limit was 0.15 - 2.65 μg/kg. The average recoveries of the target compounds at three added levels were between 85.86 % and 110.17 %, with relative standard deviations ( n = 6) of 1.63 % ~ 6.90 %. Conclusion: The method was simple and accu- rate, which was suitable for the simultaneous determination of 14 PAEs in soy sauce.
