摘 要:为了研究牛磺酸对镉致大鼠肝肾组织的保护作用,将50只大鼠按体重随机分为5组:正常对照组、模型组、高、中、低剂量干预组,每组10只。第30天后处死动物,称重,计算进食量、食物利用率、脏器系数。结果:(1)模型组大鼠终重、进食量、食物利用率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);高、中剂量干预组大鼠终重、进食量、食物利用率明显高于模型组(P<0.05);(2)模型组大鼠肝、肾湿重下降明显与对照组(P<0.05);高、中剂量干预组大鼠肝湿重明显高于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量干预组大鼠肾湿重明显高于模型组(P<0.05);且高剂量干预组大鼠肝、肾湿重明显高于低剂量干预组(P<0.05);(3)高剂量干预组肝组织中MDA、GSH、NO含量降低,SOD活性升高与模型组比较(P<0.05);且高剂量干预组SOD活性升高与中、低剂量干预组比较(P<0.05),有一定的剂量反应关系;高剂量干预组GSH含量显著降低与低剂量干预组比较(P<0.05)。表明镉对大鼠体重、进食量、食物利用率、脏器系数、氧化损伤均有不同程度的影响,牛磺酸能有效的拮抗镉对大鼠肝、肾组织的损伤。To study on protective effect of tanrine on cadmium-induced liver and kidney tissue in Rats. The whole rats were ran-domly divided into five groups(n = 10) : ① Control group; ②Cd group; ③ High-dose group; ④ Middle-dose group; ⑤Low-dose group. The rats were weighed for 30 d, and food intake, food utilization, and organ coefficient were measured and analyzed. ①The Cd group final weight, food intake, and food efficiency were Significantly lower than the Control group (P 〈0. 05). The High-dose group and Middle-dose group final weight, food intake, and food utilization were significantly higher than the Control group (P 〈 0. 05). ②The Cd group liver, and kidney wet weights were decreased compared with the Control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The High-dose group and Middle-dose group liver wet weight was increased compared with the Control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The High-dose group kid- ney wet weight were increased compared with the Control group (P 〈 0.05). The High-dose group liver and kidney wet weight were increased compared with the Low-dose group (P 〈 0.05). ~)The High-dose group MDA, GSH and NO were decreased when compared to those in with the Control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The High-dose group SOD was increased compared with the Control group ( P 〈0. 05). The High-dose group SOD were increased than with the Middle-dose group and the Low-dose group (P 〈 0.05). There is a dose-response relationship. The High-dose group GSH was decreased compared with the Low-dose group (P 〈 0.05). Cadmium can cause changes on weight, food intake, food utilization, organ coefficient and Oxidative damage in rats. Tanrine can effectively antagonize the effects of cadmium on liver and kidney damage in rats.
