康复新液外敷治疗肛周脓肿术后感染开放伤口疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨康复新液外敷治疗肛周脓肿术后感染开放伤口临床效果.方法 此次选择了宁波大学医学院附属医院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的肛周脓肿术后感染开放伤口患者80例作为研究对象,将患者以其治疗方式分组后,对照组40例患者用常规方案治疗,而观察组40例患者用常规方案＋康复新液外敷治疗.观察比较2组患者切口愈合时间（d）、肉芽生长周期（d）与愈合率（%）;观察比较2组患者切口疼痛、水肿、肛门坠胀等症状消失时间;比较2组临床治疗效果及其并发症发生率.结果 观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 用常规方案＋康复新液外敷治疗肛周脓肿术后感染开放伤口患者的临床效果显著,伤口愈合时间短,值得临床上广泛用于治疗肛周脓肿术后感染开放伤口.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid topical treatment for open wound of perianal abscess.MethodsEighty patients with open wound were treated with perianal abscess from June 2015 to June 2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to their treatment group.Patients were treated with conventional regimen, while 40 patients in the observation group were treated with routine regimen＋rehabilitation solution;the experimental data were compared between the two groups.The two groups were observed and compared the wound healing time （d）, granulation growth cycle （d） and healing rate （%）;the two groups were observed and compared the incision pain, edema, anal bulge and other symptoms disappeared time;compared two groups of clinical curative effect and complication rate.ResultsThe clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe clinical effect of the treatment of open wound in patients with perianal abscess with conventional therapy＋rehabilitation therapy is significant, and the wound healing time is short, which is widely used in the treatment of open wound of perianal abscess.
