摘　　要：目的 关于丙戊酸钠、左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的疗效评价分析.方法 取2015年3-2016年11月于浙江省杭州市萧山区第一人民医院应用左乙拉西治疗小儿癫痫的32例患儿为本次研究对照组,另取次年同期在浙江省杭州市萧山区第一人民医院应用丙戊酸钠治疗的35例小儿癫痫患儿作为本次研究观察组,将不同用药方案治疗的2组患儿本次所取得的治疗效果作以比较.结果 观察组获得85.7%治疗有效率与对照组71.9%的治疗有效率相比,治疗优势显著（P〈0.05）.结论 丙戊酸钠是治疗小儿癫痫的理想药物,2种药物均有一定抗癫痫效果,但相比较而言,丙戊酸钠在临床治疗效果更具优势.Objective To evaluate the curative effect of valproate and levetiracetam in children with epilepsy.Methods32 patients in the first people＆#39;s hospital of Xiaoshan district from March 2015 to November 2016 application of levetiracetam in treatment of children with epilepsy as the study group, another year over the same period in 35 cases of infantile epilepsy in children in our hospital using sodium valproate treatment as the observation group, two groups of children with different drugs in the treatment of the obtained to compare therapeutic effect.ResultsCompared with the control group （71.9%）, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the effective rate was 85.7%.ConclusionSodium valproate is an ideal drug for the treatment of epilepsy in children, the two drugs have a certain anti epileptic effect, but compared to the effect of sodium valproate in the treatment of clinical advantages.
