银杏叶片治疗社区精神分裂症患者阴性症状以及颅底动脉血流变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶片治疗社区精神分裂症患者阴性症状以及颅底动脉血流变化的临床效果。方法选取越秀区光塔街社区卫生服务中心从2014-10—2016-10间管理的200例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组100例。对照组患者给予常规精神分裂症药物对症支持治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合银杏叶片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、阴性症状及颅底动脉血流变化情况。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后颅底动脉血流速显著高于对照组患者,SANS评分及TESS评分显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用银杏叶片联合常规精神分裂症对症药物治疗社区精神分裂症患者,疗效确切,可显著降低患者SANS评分及TESS评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo biloba leaves tablets in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia and the changes of blood flow in the skull base arteries. Methods 200 schizophrenia patients of the center from October,2014 to October,2016 were regarded as the research object. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. The control group were given routine symptomatic schizophrenia drug division support treatment,and the patients in the treatment group in the control group had joint Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets treatment based on the treatment of control group. The clinical efficacy,negative symptoms and changes in blood flow of two groups were compared. Results The treatment group total effective rate is significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference has statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The patients in the treatment group after treatment of basilar artery blood flow velocity is significantly higher than that in control group. SANS score and TESS score are significantly lower in the control group. The difference is statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical application of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets combined with conventional symptomatic drug treatment of schizophrenia in community schizophrenic patients has curative effect. It can significantly reduce the patient SANS score and TESS score,so it is worthy of clinical application.
