摘  要:目的根据北京地区三级甲等综合医院现实情况,构建符合大型综合医疗机构的科研型人才综合评价指标体系。方法运用AHP层次分析法进行访谈提纲的设计和最终数据统计,运用Delphi法对科研型人才评价指标体系进行相关调研,内容包括基本情况、评价指标权重测量等。结果确定包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标在内的具有逻辑关系的三级甲等医院科研型人才评价指标体系,并确定指标间的权重。结论研究结果显示,三甲医院科研型人才评价工作中,评价权重应向科研指标倾斜,但基础指标和临床指标也应给予重视;同时,研究的指标体系比较科学合理,可以用于科研型人才考核评价,促进研究型医院建设。Objective To analyze the status of public hospitals in Beijing,and to build a system for the evaluation of scientific research talents. Methods Interview outline and data statistics were conducted through the analytic hierarchy process. Delphi was applied to analyze the evaluating indicator of scientific research talents,such as evaluating index weight. Results The evaluating system of scientific research talents was confirmed,including 3first-order indexes and 8 three-order indexes,and the evaluating index weight. Conclusion The evaluating index weight of scientific research talents should lay more emphasis on scientific research index,but the clinical index shouldn't be ignored. This evaluating system is basically reasonable and scientific to promote hospital development.
