摘 要:目的调查手术室护士感知的工作家庭冲突和睡眠质量的现状,分析工作家庭冲突对护士睡眠质量的影响。方法对367名手术室护士采用一般资料调查问卷、工作-家庭冲突量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析和多元逐步回归分析对变量间的相关关系进行检验。结果手术室护士工作-家庭冲突分量表得分为4.28±1.37分,家庭-工作冲突分量表得分为2.76±1.08分,睡眠质量量表总分7.83±3.41分。工作家庭冲突与睡眠质量及其各个维度均呈正相关,婚姻状况、受教育程度和工作-家庭冲突对手术室护士的睡眠质量有显著影响。结论手术室护士的工作家庭冲突较严重,睡眠质量亟待改善,工作家庭冲突与睡眠质量存在相关性,缓解工作家庭冲突是改善手术室护士睡眠质量的有效途径。Objective To investigate current situation of work family conflict and sleep quality perceived by operating room nurses, and to explore the influence of work family conflict on sleep quality. Method 367 operating room nurses were investigated using a general information questionnaire, Work-Family Conflict Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis were used to examine the correlation. Result The score of Work-to-Family was 4.28±1.37, Family-to-Work was 2.76±1.08. The total score of PSQI was 7.83±3.41. The score of work family conflict was positively correlated with PSQI score. There was positive correlation between work family conflict and sleep quality and its dimensions. Marriage status, education background and Work-to-Family conflict had significant influence on sleep quality of operating room nurses. Conclusion Work family conflict of operating room nurses was serious and sleep quality needed to be improved. Work family conflict was correlated with sleep quality, so relieving work family conflict was an effective approach to improve sleep quality of operating room nurses.
