摘　　要：骨科手术是院内感染率较高的外科手术之一,术后院内感染发生受多种因素影响,虽然无法完全避免,但是只要采取有效的防控措施,可以有效降低感染发生,有助于避免各种并发症,减轻患者的身体及心理痛苦,减轻家庭及社会的经济负担。Orthopedic operation was one of the surgical operations of high nosocomial infection rate. Postoperative nosocomial infection was affected by multiple factors. Although it could not be avoided, it could be prevented and reduced with proper prevention strategies. Control of postoperative infection helped prevent complications, relieve patients physically and mentally, and reduce economic burden on family and society.
