Experiment Research on the Application of a New Pivot Skateboard in Improving the Juvenile Speed Skaters' Ability of Specialized Training Load

摘  要:为解决速滑运动专项速度力量、速度耐力可持续训练问题,以实验组和对照组分别采用新型支点模拟滑板和传统滑板进行阶段性训练的对比实验方案,通过滑行步数及史密斯力量架运动学指标、即刻心率及血乳酸生理生化指标分析,探讨实验组相对于对照组在训练前后的差异。结果显示,实验组个体肌肉力量耐力、最大力量和速度力量得到增强,且略高于对照组,表明实验组专项训练负荷能力得到较明显改善。该结果说明采用支点模拟滑板相对于传统滑板对青少年运动员的专项训练负荷能力具有更有效的辅助作用,可作为这种新型滑板训练方法对青少年速滑运动员专项训练负荷能力影响的训练学依据。In order to solve the problems of the sustainable development of speed skaters’ specialized speed strength and endurance,with the periodical training programme of the experiment group and the control one respectively using the pivot skateboard and the traditional skateboard,the paper discusses the two groups’ difference between pre-experiment and post-experiment by analyzing the indexes of kinematics such as sliding steps number and Smith power-rack,physiology such as instant heart rate and biochemistry such as blood lactic acid. The results show that the experiment group’s ability of specialized training load is obviously improved,which relating to their individual speed strength,maximum strength and muscle endurance being enhanced and being better than the control group. It indicates that the pivot skateboard is more effective than the traditional one in improving the juvenile speed skaters’ ability of specialized training load,which conclusion may be used as a training reference for the influence of the new skateboard’s specialized ability training method on the juvenile speed skaters’ ability of specialized training load.
