黑龙江省普通高校体育弱势群体体育教学与体育活动开展现状

摘　　要：随着体育弱势学生数量变得越来越多,高校体育弱势群体体育教学与体育活动的开展现状成为了我们急需关注的问题。采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查等方法,通过了解黑龙江省普通高校体育弱势学生健康状况与高校体育保健课的开展状况,发现存在普通高校体育保健课开课率低、体育弱势学生对体育保健课的教学内容和组织方式满意度不高、针对体育弱势学生群体的场馆、器材不足等问题。由此,提出加强体育弱势群体对体育活动的重视度,丰富体育保健课的教学内容和组织形式、加大对体育场馆和健身器材等硬件设施的投入等一系列对策,旨为黑龙江省高校弱势群体的教学课和课余体育锻炼逐步走上科学化、正规化提供决策依据。With the increasing number of sports vulnerable students,the present situation of the disadvantaged group’s physical education and exercise activities in colleges have become a matter of great concern to us.With the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire,the paper analyzes the present situation of the disadvantaged group’s health and the sports health class in colleges in Heilongjiang province. It finds out some existing problems such as the low rate of starting the sports health class,the sports disadvantaged group’s poor satisfaction in the teaching content and organization mode of sports health class,the less arena and infrastructure for the sports disadvantaged group.Thus,it suggests some countermeasures as follows：strengthen the sports disadvantaged group’s attention to exercise activities,enrich the teaching content and organization mode of sports health class,increase the investment in hardware facilities such as arena and fitness equipment.The purpose is to provide the decision-making reference for the scientification and standardized of the disadvantaged group’s sports teaching and after-school exercise activities in colleges in Heilongjiang province.
