黑龙江省城市社区体育科学化发展对策研究

摘　　要：在健康中国建设和全面建成小康社会的理论视野下,以改善黑龙江省城市居民体质、实现健康龙江为目标,以黑龙江省城市居民体质及慢性疾病的突出特征为导向,采用现场访谈、调研等方法对黑龙江省7个城市辖区的172个社区进行研究,分析城市社区体育发展的现状、存在的主要问题以及制约因素,并有针对性地提出认识程度提升化、发展规划科学化、组织管理制度化、运行机制借鉴化等促进黑龙江省城市社区体育科学化发展的"六化"建议。Starting with the theoretical viewpoints of Healthy China Construction and fully building a welloff society,with the objectives of improving the urban residents’ physical condition in Heilongjiang province and achieving Healthy Longjiang,with the guide of their remarkable characteristics of physical condition and chronic disease,with the methods of interviews and investigation,the paper has a study on 172 communities in 7 urban districts of Heilongjiang province. It analyzes the urban community sports development and its existing key problems and restraining factors. Aiming at advance the scientific development of urban community sports in Heilongnjiang province,it proposes the suggestions as following aspects： enhance the cognition degree,plan the scientific development,do a systematization of organizational management,refer to the operation mechanism and so on.
